Refund policy

At Novastly, we offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days at support@novastyle.com with a photo. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. To start a return, email support@novastyle.com with your order number.
