At Novastly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novastyle.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
